I eat non-vegetarian food. Can I still do this workshop?

Absolutely! The breath doesn’t care about your food preferences. All it cares about is your well-being.

 

Should we do Sudarshan Kriya at night?

Since Sudarshan Kriya is the technique that energizes you and activates the brain cell, it is best to do it anytime during the day and not during bedtime so that you reap its benefits during the day and not at night.

 

Where to practice Sudarshan Kriya?

You can practice indoors or anywhere below a roof. Make sure you practice on a mat. Avoid practicing on bare surfaces. Try to be in a place free from noise and distractions.

 

I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia. Can I still do the program?

We recommend a daily meditation practice for you. You could learn the Sahaj Samadhi Meditation technique which is a special, mantra-based practice.
